Essay

The dissertation proved that antiphospholipid syndrome of mother is one of etiologic factor of a cerebral palsy at child. Clinical features of cerebral palsy, brain blood flow and structural changes of brain at children who were born from mothers with seropositive and seronegative variant of antiphospholipid syndrome have been revealed for the first time. Principles of early diagnosis of a cerebral palsy at these children, basing on revealing pregravidity and gravidity, pre- and perinatal risk factors and clinical features of disease were developed. Basic factors of development of central nervous system organic defeat at children who were born from mothers with antiphospholipid syndrome, such as fetoplacentar insufficiency, transplacentar transition of antiphospholipid antibodies and small term of gestation are reflected in the proposed pathogenesis model. Updating of therapy and rehabilitation actions has allowed to raise quality of treatment in 1,7 times.
