The dissertation is devoted to research of legal adjustment of relations in the subject of compensation. Here the research results are stated, which solve definite questions circle, with regards to improvement of legal adjustment of stated relations. For the first time all the legal norms, which regulate the compensation relations, were analyzed complexly. It was concluded that compensation institute was stated in the labor law. The scope of compensation definition was identified. The scope and consequences of financial law norms influence on the subject of compensations were enucleated. Suggestions on distribution of employers' payment legal norms of separate institutions and limits of contractual relations adjustment on the subject of compensations were founded. Series of suggestions on changes and additions of statutory acts, which regulate compensation relations, were founded.
