Dissertation is devoted to the problem of Peculiarities of Cerebral Hemodynamics, Structural and Functional Changes of Brain as well as Cognitiv Abnormalities of the Cerebral Infarction Patients in Recovery Period with the purpose to improve the results of medical treatment of such patients. Neuropsychological status of cerebral infarction patients in recovery period has been investigated in details. The estimation in post-stroke period dynamics has been performed. Obtained results have not revealed the linear correlation between the level of cognitiv deficit and structural cerebral changes according to the data of neurovisualization methods. On the basis of dynamic study of neuropsychological status, cerebral hemodynamics, bioelectrical cerebral activity according to EEG, predictors of severe cerebral blood flow impairement two types of durations of post-stroke period have been pointed out: progradient and remittent. Comparativ estimation of effectiveness of pyracetam, sermion as well as instenon+actovegin complex has been performed for the cerebral infarction patients in recovery period. The expedience of fluoxetinum application for cerebral infarction patients in recovery period has been proved.
