Research object: investment processes at the industrial enterprises in conditions of transformation of economy; work aim: the theoretical substantiation and development of methodical maintenance of an estimation of investment appeal of the enterprises in conditions of indeterminacy of mezzo economic level with allowance of stages of life cycle of the enterprise, is brave of external and internal risks; research methods and apparatus: methods of logic generalization and abstragation, system approach, statistical methods; theoretical and practical results: the technique of an estimation of investment appeal of the enterprises, which bases on the account of an estimation of appeal of the appropriate branch, region, outcomes of financial and economic activity, is brave of an external and internal medium; the system of parameters of investment appeal of the state, branch, region by which basis is the account of features of development at the appropriate level; sequence of determination of an estimation of investment appeal of the enterprises, which provides availability of stages of account of an integrated pa-rameter and its updating; the contents and essence of concepts «investment politics of the enterprise» and «investment appeal of the enterprise», which are based on theoretical generalization with the purpose of determination of conditions of their shaping; the substantiation of probable restrictions, which arise during use of a technique of an estimation of appeal in modern conditions of managing and are defined on the basis of outcomes of comparison of their maximum and mini-mum significances; process of determination of investment appeal of the enterprises, which takes into account outcomes of movement of money resources at the appropriate levels of life cycle of the enterprise; the practical significance of the obtained results is, that introductions of outcomes of work is going to promote engaging of the investments; a subject and inculcation degree: technique of an estimation of investment ap-peal of the enterprises are introduced on „Factory ”Jugkabel” and „ Factory V.A.
