The Object of the study: restructuring processes in industrial enterprises; the purpose of the work: theoretical motivation and methodical provision of formation and improvement of or-ganizational and economic mechanism of enter-prise restructuring; the methods of the study and equipment: method inductive and deductive, analysis and syntheses, modeling and formaliza-tions, economic and mathematical methods; theoretical and practical results: theoretical model of the mechanism, which takes into ac-count and agrees interests of participants of en-terprise restructuring and allows to forming the optimum structure of aims system of the enter-prise restructuring, methodical under-move to undertaking the expert estimation of enterprise self-organizatiоn level, principles of formation of organizational and economic mechanism of enterprise restructuring, organizational and eco-nomic mechanism of enterprise restructuring to account of determination element, function, stages and schemes of its formation and im-provements, categorization type of enterprise re-structuring, methods approach to complex study of the enterprise restructuring processes; practi-cal importance got result is concluded in devel-opment scientifically motivated management decisions for formation and realization organiza-tional and economic mechanism of enterprise restructuring; the subject and degree of the in-troduction: development are introduced in work ZAO plant "Yuzhkabel", ZAO "Corporation "FED", GP "Kharkiv radioplant "Protron", OAO "Turboatom", GP "Plant im. V. O. Malysheva"; the sphere of using: industrial enterprises, studing process.
