Martynyuk V. Optimization of treatment of primary suppurative foms and correction of endogenous intoxication syndrome of patients with sepsis.

In the dissertation being defended, the researth of 113 patients with sepsis was carried out and on its basis the program of treatment of primary suppurative focus has been elaborated, which allows to choose an optimal variant of surgical and post-operation treatment using domestically produced ointments on hydrophilic base. It has been proved that the degree of expressi on of endogenous intoxication syndrome depends on the form of septic process and the evaluation of the state of patients with sepsis of points may be objectivized with the help of PAMM, LII, CIC, MDA, CT. Inclusion of personal developments into the program of treatment of sepsis has allowed to reduce the level of lethality from 22,2 to 18,2% as well as reduce the hospitalization period from 57,3 +/- 3,8 to 51,6 +/- 2,6 days.
