Object of research - means of mechanization in construction; the purpose of research - development and introductions in практик of building manufacture of the scientifically proved methods of a choice and organization of an effective utilization of building machines; a method of research - analysis and generalizations, experimental - theoretical method of expert ratings, system analysis, functional - cost analysis, mathematical статистик т the theory of mass service; Theoretical and practical results of researches - for the first time is determined laws change of parameters of functional properties of machines to a stage of organization of their use, is established dependences of specific expenses on use of building engineering in view of distribution of machines in time, and also demand in market conditions on engineering depending on change of properties of machines, the theoretical researches till an establishment of the factors are carried out which influence a choice and effective utilization ofbuilding engineering and on occurrence of need under repair of machines; the efficiency of use of means of mechanization in construction due to introduction of the advanced methods of account of an effective utilization of building engineering, engineering technique of periodic replacement of repair complete sets is raised at repair of building machines and technique of the decision of tasks at breakages of separate sites of building machines; the innovation - confirmed by the publications in professional periodicals; the degree of introduction - in borders of area; sphere of use - management of mechanization and building organizations of different patterns of ownership.
