Dissertation is dedicated to the question of basic changes systematization in cardiovascular and respiratory systems on different stages of laparoscopic cyolecystectomy for timely detection and prevention complications during and in early postoperative period. Analysis has been done on the basis of clinical examination and generalization of immediate research of parameters changes of cardiovascular and respiratory systems on the stages of laparoscopic cyolecystectomy and comparative analysis of different groups muscle relaxants usage effectiveness. We have proved existence of direct proportional connection between depth of neuromuscular block and general peripheric resistance.
