Ogorodnyk I. Creating of effective management organization in regional subdivisions of commercial banks

In dissertation the state and tendencies of the basic di-rections for perfection of management organization in the regional subdivisions of commercial banks in conditions of modern changes of the structure bank activity, lowering of operations profitability and the growth of competition are determined. The alternative models of management construction by net of regional subdivisions have been generalized and priced according to elaborated criterion system. System estimation of the state has been done and the priority directions of transformation of the manage-ment by the subdivisions, that provide the compatibility of commercial banks have been established. The proposals on the transformation of organizational structure, planning organization, management by profitability and risk of regional subdivisions have been grounded.
