Pressing technology for powder compaction with binders application. Nomenclature extension and enhancement of technical and economical efficiency of manufacturing of complex shape parts and at small serial production. Methods and instruments ?- analytical solutions, experiments, statistical treatment. Theoretical and practical outcomes -? prediction methods of compacts fracture at die pressing; pressing technology ensuring the possibility of machining in green state. The novelty ?- theoretical solution of the problem on prediction of compacts fracture at die compaction; the application efficiency of various binders with powders pressing was determined. The degree of introduction ?- recommendation on powder pressing at binder application was introduced on the factory. The field of use ?- machine building and metallurgical plants, research institutions.
