The structure of the morally-ethical responsibility of the person of the future practical psychologists is opened and described in the work. It includes the following components: morally ethical reflection, morally - ethical motivation, morally - ethical values, morally - ethical intuition, the existential responsibility, altruistic feelings. In the dissertation the technique is developed and approved, allowing to diagnose a level formation for students - psychologists of morally ethical responsibility of the person. It is described complex psychologic and the pedagogical program on formation morally - the ethical responsibility of the person of the future practical psychologists.
