Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the research of future officer’s professional self-improvement problem. Psychologo-pedagogical analysis of the problem was conducted, the essence and structure of future officer’s professional self-improvement was specified, indexes and levels of the mentioned process were defined. Pedagogical conditions of future officer’s professional self-improvement were found out and stipulated. The author worked out a methodology of future officer’s professional self-improvement activization. The obtained results can be implemented for the goal of future officer’s professional training improvement and for the formation of a need in the professional self-improvement.
