The factors of forming alcoholic addictive behaviour in adolescents are analysed in the work. The typology of readiness for forming addictive behaviour is created, hypothetic models of such a behaviour development are discussed. The role of early traumas in the addiction formation, the personality distinctive features of adolescents-addicts as well as the peculiarities of their emotional sphere are revealed. It has been shown that in the part of addicts an alexithymic symptom-complex is formed which is a protective formation permitting to overcome early traumas. Alcoholic addiction is considered as a secondary formation what allows to get out of exclusively medical and pathophysiologic context of its pathogenesis that is understood either as "a reward" or as "an activation" or as "a congenital defect" or as a congenital premorbid personality structure. Possible psychological mechanisms of alcoholic addiction development are analysed.
