Kolyada O. Organization of monitoring's system of financial activity of Metallurgical Enterprises

Object of research: processes of the account, control, analysis of financial activity at the metallurgical enterprises; the purpose of work: a theoretical substantiation and practical development of system's mechanisms of financial activity's monitoring, which allow in time to reveal deviations of actual results from stipulated, to define the reasons of deviations, and also to develop the offers on updating separate directions of financial activity with the purpose of its normalization and increase of efficiency; a technique of research and equipment: theory of systems, the statistical analysis, methods of forecasting, development scientific in the field of management, business, information technologies; theoretical and practical results: the concept of financial monitoring is opened and the necessity of its application for perfection of financial management at the metallurgical enterprises is proved, the theoretical bases of construction of system of financial activity's monitoring, essence of the various approaches to its organization generalized, the technique of organization of monitoring's system of the enterprise is offered, the complex of mechanisms of monitoring's system directed on formation of information space of attributes and forecasting of a financial situation is developed, the circuit of acceptance of the decisions with the prevention of deviations in financial activity of the enterprise is developed; the practical meaning of the received results is, that the introduction of results of work will promote perfection of management of financial activity at the metallurgical enterprises; a subject and degree of introduction: development are introduced into work of joint-stock company "Transprogres" and joint-stock company "MMС"Azovstal"; sphere of application: the metallurgical enterprises, educational process.
