Object - system of power structures (political and public organizations); aim - scientific-theoretical substantiation of principles and mechanisms of interaction of power structures, political and public organizations at regional level, definition of features of functioning and harmonization of political life and forms of amplification of constructive activity of political parties, movements and public organizations in modern conditions; methods - classifications, systematization, structurally-functional analysis, systemic, historical and logical analysis; novelty - for the first time historical-methodological bases of interaction of subjects of social management is analysed, features of interaction of power structures political and public organizations are analysed during formation civil society are investigated; results - the model of personnel securing of regional management is developed, mechanisms of realization of administrative-liberal model of interaction of subjects of administration and self-government in activity of the People's Deputy of the Verhovna Rada of Ukraine are developed.
