Essay

Violation of functional state of a vascular endothelium was noted during inspection of patients with renoparenchymal arterial hypertension at comparison with patients with renal failure and persons with anhypertensive stage of chronic glomerulonephritis. It characterized by decreasing of mechanosensitivity coefficient of muscular arteries, changes of arterioles diameter after administration of acetylcholine, rising plasma level of the most potent endogenic vasoconstrictor endothelin-1 and von Willebrand factor activity. Principal factors that determined changes of function indexs of vascular endothelium in investigated patients were noted. Method of pharmacological correction of endothelial dysfunction by antagonist of receptors of angiotensin II irbesartan was offered. The field of application is cardiology. The results of the study have been implemented into practical work of the clinical.
