It has been established that the patients with MXS develop the verified AP night rise. The patients with ACE gene D-allel demonstrate the more severe course of the disease compared to this in the patients with II genotype. ACE activity was increased in patients with MXS and proved changes in platelet aggregation in the MXS patients.The carried research proved the beta-adrenoblockers therapy efficiency and absence of the negative impact of the examined pharmaceuticals on he lipid and carbohydrate metabolism indices.
