Essay

The present study adduces data about features of peripherial blood circulation of the patients suffered from ischemic heart disease with stable stenocardia of II - III functional classes and without any complains, which are typical for low extremities' microcirculation violations. For the first time it was defined, that the above-mentioned patients had pre-clinical changes in low extremities' arteries, which could result in changing for the worse microcirculation's rates. It was determined, that patient's suffered from ischemic heart disease, which had had myocardial infarction in anamnesis, had worse indices of microcirculation's rates. It was approved to be advisable to prescribe for patients suffered from ischemic heart disease as a peripherial blood circulation violations' preventive measure the 5 mg daily dose of amlodipine besylate, which except property to decrease quantity of cardiac seizures, shows also anticoagulating and hypolipidemic properties.
