Martianova M. Evaluation of the Effectiveness of foundation and Functionin of the Holding Company

The object of research: the process of evaluating of social economic effectiveness of functioning of branch establishments and enteprises of chemical and petrochemical industry in Ukraine, which transform or can be transformed into holding companies; the purpose of work: a theoretical substantiation and working out methodological recommendations concerning determination and realization of inner reserves of raising effectiveness of functioning of branch establishments and enterprise in general in the conditions of it's reorganization into holding company; a technique of research and equipment: theoretical generalizetion, methods of analysis and synthesis, classification, statistics and economic analysis, graphic modeling; theoretical and practical results: methodological approach to the complex evaluation of effectiveness of functioning of the holding company based on the developed system of criterions and indexes, which display the results of the evaluation of economical, market, technological, functional and social effectiveness of holding company's functioning; evaluation of effectiveness of realization of market reorganizations on the state enterprises of chemical industry in Ukraine by corporatization and creation holding companies, based on them; system of classification signs of the main approaches to the determination of effectiveness of enterprise functioning; methodological recommendations concerning the evaluation of effectiveness of holding company functioning based on consolidation of results of planning, organization, control and calculation it's main and branch enterprises; methodological approaches to the developing of criteries of evaluation of functioning of holding company managers, means of their matherial stimulation with the help of options on the stock buying; the practical meaning of the received results is, that the using of proposed scientific and methodological recommendations will promote the determination and using of the reserves of raising of the effectiveness of functioningof the state enterprise in the conditions of its reorganization into a holding company; a subject and degree of introduction: in the DP "Chimprom" (city of Pervomaysk) the "The State about the way of creation, organization of working process and internal relations, reorganization and liquidation of branch establishments of the "Chimprom" holding company" and "General agreement between the branch establishments and "Chimprom" holding company (city of Pervomaysk)", were worked out and prepared with the participation of author; sphere of application: the metallurgical enterprises, educational process.
