Zakharchenko Y. Milk market functioning under the present economic conditions

Object: organization of functioning of the milk market in Kharkiv oblast. Aim: development of theses in improved functioning of the milk market taking into consideration the present-day condition and characteristics of development of the dairy industry. Methods: economic, statistical, constructive, monographic, graphical, comparative analysis. Results: the developed recommendations promote the acceleration of the reforming and effective functioning of the regional milk sub-complex under the market conditions and enable better integration between milk producers and processors. Novelty: for the first time the method of calculation of the guaranteed purchasing price taking into account the seasonality of the milk production was suggested; for the first time the improved VAT calculation for milk and dairy products for milk processing enterprises was suggested; for the first time the inefficiency of the existing system of subsidizing milk producers was first proved; a new integrated model of functioning ofthe milk market was suggested.
