Object of researches - process of rolled metal longitudinal division in a line of mill with using of non-driven deformation-dividing devices. Methods of researches - theoretical analysis of force interaction in system "driven stand with non-driven deformation-dividing device", analytical and experimental researches of process. Novelty of results - on the basis of new dependencies of power interaction of rolled metal, working stands and non-driven deformation-dividing device the rolling-division process with the minimal effort parameters range and borders of its practicability is established. The basic results of work were using at development of rolling technology elements with application of rolling-dividing process on wire mill 250 of metallurgical plant in Enakievo. The results of work also were using at perfection of a construction, in conditions of mill 320 on Byelorussian metallurgical plant.
