Lyashenko T. Automatically system of support of acceptance of medical decisions (for example thyrotoxic heart)

Object of research: process of diagnosing, in which basis the put relationships of cause and effect between parameters of a condition of the patient, the diagnosis and medical influence. The purpose of research: de-velopment of mathematical models and techniques of decision-making in conditions of the incomplete infor-mation within the framework of problems of diagnosing and introduction of the developed models and a tech-nique in system engineering support of acceptance of medical decisions. Methods of research: mathematical modeling, the theory of decision-making, an artificial in-tellect, and modern methods of programming. Theoreti-cal and practical results: the technique of decision-making and mathematical models is offered; algorithms of functioning of the basic modules of system; the sys-tem of support of acceptance of medical decisions «Thy-rotoxic heart » is created. Novelty: the technique of de-cision-making for diagnostics and is offered to treatment of patients; mathematical model of a problem of identifi-cation of the diagnosis; mathematical model of accep-tance of medical decisions on treatment of the patient, definition of efficiency of treatment and purpose of medical means leaning on the social status of the patient. A degree of introduction: results are introduced in clinical practice in the specialized branches of regional hospital and city hospitals of №5 and №9 of Lugansk; are used in lecture rates on Lugansk state medical uni-versity. Area of use: medicine.
