Sakhno L. Formation and economic mechanism of integrated structures functioning AIC.

The premises of arrising, development and contemporary problems of new management forms functioning in Ukraine are researched. The effect of integration processes during the period of post-reformed reconstruction of agro-industrial complex is defined. Economic evaluation of level and integration efficiency are improved. Organizational and law forms as well as the directions for development of horizontally and vertically integrated enterprises in Zaporizhya oblast are considered. The improvement mechanism of processing structures economic relations in the system of interfarm connections of agricultural enterprises and farms with processing ones enterprises in the region are grounded. Conceptual approaches to improving the accounting organization in integrated agro-industrial formations are suggested.
