In the dissertation the process of the training of initial link educational work organizers with serving soldier were defined, the principal problems and tendencies of their training under the conditions of reform policy and development of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It was analyzed the condition of the preparation of educational work organizers, grounded and proposed the renewed system of the training of initial link educational work organizers under the conditions of the civil university education on the basis of the advanced of pedagogic experience. The author deals with ground of the basic system components (having a special purpose, the motivational, the content, the processional, the control-regulation and subject-subjectal) under the conditions of the combination of civil and military education in the Taras Shevtchenko Kyiv National University and the basic pedagogical conditions of it optimal functioning are formed.
