Borshchov S. Optimisation of intensive therapy of patients with acute inhalation poisonings with mastic-hydroinsulators (clinicoexperimental research).

The dissertation deals with the studying of mechanisms of toxic influence of mastic-hydroinsulators on the organism as well as substantiation and introduction of methods of differentiated intensive therapy of patients with acute poisonings with mastic-hydroinsulators depending on a stage and severity of a poisoning. The results of clinicoexperimental research of toxic properties of mastic-hydroinsulators have been presented. The chemical composition and toxicity of steams from mastic-hydroinsulators have been determined. The course of acute inhalation poisonings with mastic-hydroinsulators in clinic and in the experiment on rats has been investigated. Criteria of severity have been defined and the complex of prime measures of intensive therapy has been suggested. The impact of the methods of haemodialysis with ultrafiltration and provocative hyperosmolar diarrhea with partial sorbtion on the organisms of patients with mastic-hydroinsulator poisonings of a high degree has been examined. Indications to differentiated prescription of haemodialysis with ultrafiltration and provocative hyperosmolar diarrhea with partial sorbtion in a complex of intensive therapy of patients with mastic-hydroinsulator poisonings of a high degree have been developed.
