Prutnik E. Formation of diversification strategy of coal refining enterprises development

Modern methodological approaches to definition of concept "development" are revealed; the essence of strategic planning of development of the enterprises in transitive economy is analysed; modern lines of development and management of coal-mining and coal-refining enterprises abroad are revealed; consequences of transitional crisis for economy of Ukraine as a whole and coal mining in particular are revealed; conducting tendencies of development of the market of production of coal refining enterprises of Ukraine are determined; the conceptual approach to designing the organizational - economic mecha-nism of formation and realization of strategy development of the enter-prise under conditions of interbranch association is formulated; on a basis of estimations of a seasonal nature of extraction coal is proved an opportunity of a choice of strategy diversification development for coal refining enterprises. The opportunity of formation of interbranch inte-gration associations of the enterprises and the mechanism of motivation of their participants as a strategic direction of coal refining enterprises development is proved; the methodical approach to a complex estima-tion of efficiency of a choice of diversification as strategy of develop-ment of the enterprises is developed.
