Essay

The object of the research is the control process of dividing seeds to fractions according to their physics-mechanical characteristics on production operation lines. The purpose of the research is the substantiation of the method and the device of seed clearing production electrical equipment control, which provide the analysis of seed separation quality and the process control of dividing to fractions by the results registration of seed samples electromagnetic radiation interaction, the comparison of the geometrical shape with the standard and the choice of optimal parametres of seed cleaning device control taking analysis results as a basis. Methods of 1) mathematical modeling of the external seed shapes based on the R-function theory; 2) non-harmful analysis of biological objects properties; 3) shapes discerning and biological objects parametres identificating; coding and transformating of visual information. Theoretical and practical results - the application of the R-function theory for the seedsforms description is substantiated. Received external seed shapes models allow to develop the method of seed cleaning device electrical equipment control according to the seeds samples characteristic analysis results using devices which discern images by comparing them with standards. Algorithms, program and technical means for seed cleaning production line control which allow to increase the class level of agricultural crops seeds are given. The scientific novelty of the research - the mathematical models of the external seeds shapes on the ease of R-function theory mathematical apparatus which allow to describe the objects forms of any complexity are developed; the mathematical model of seeds samples taking into account technical means features of visual information reception is constructed. Degree of introductionm - the rearch results are introduced on the farm "Alexandrovskoie" of Iziuumsk region, Kharkov oblast and privat enterprise "Askon" of Akimovka region, Zaporozshie oblast. Sphere of introduction -production of food grains and seeds, processing and food industry.
