The dissertation is devoted to the problems of economic regulation of technogenic safety at enterprises and creation of conditions for the development of the modern technosphere in the national economy complex of Ukraine. On the basis of the Chernobyl disaster data and information of other technogenic accidents main factors of the technogenic effects on the condition of enterprises economic efficiency have been analysed. The main directions of warning and minimization of social-economic effects of extraordinary situations consequences of the technogenic character have been substituted.
