Samkova E. 3. Increase of efficiency of technology of a coal mining in the mechanized longwalls of flat seams under the factor of a contamination of coal

Object - technology of a coal mining in a complex mechanized stopes of flat seams of Northern and East Donbass. The purpose - increasing of efficiency of technology of a coal mining in the mechanized stopes of flat seams on the basis of minimization of a contamination of coal by adjacent strata and management in its parameters. Methods of researches: mine inspections of operating conditions of the mechanized longwalls, standard methods of definition of seam and operational ash content of coal, methods of theories of probability, information, identifications, forecastings, consecutive, technical and economic analyses and algorithmization with realization of problems on the computer. The new quantitative laws of formation of a level of a contamination of the coal are determined, which are laid on a basis of carrying out of its mathematical models and a new method of the forecast. The new generalized information parameter for a quantitative estimation of influence of qualitative factors on a level of a contamination of coal is offered. New methods of management by technology of a coal mining, by contamination and ash content of coal which are based on: optimizating of the received mathematical models by criterion of the minimal contamination; defining of average and boundary specifications of ash content; drawing up and realizating of plans of organizational - technical and special technological actions for a decrease of ash content; offered system of material stimulation of improvement of quality of work and coal production are developed. Results of operation are introduced on mine "19 parts'ezda" with economic benefit of 72449 uah; on the state enterprises, educational, design institutes of coal branch. Sphere (branch) of application - on mines, educational, research and project institutes of coal branch of Ukraine.
