Korotka O. Improvement of pecuniary amenability's legal regulation in the conditions of market economy

Thesis is devoted to theoretical and practical problems of subjects of labor legal relations pecuniary amenability's legal regulation. The place, role and concepts of parties of labor agreement's pecuniary amenability have been researched. Different and sometimes opposite approaches of theoretical notion "pecuniary amenability" comprehension have been analyzed. Positive and retrospective aspects of subjects of labor legal relations pecuniary amenability have been proved. The research of normative and legal guarantee's peculiarities of pecuniary amenability in labor legal relations has gained further development. Classification of kinds, grounds and conditions of subjects of labor legal relations pecuniary amenability has been given. Existing in the science of labor law functions and indications of pecuniary amenability have become broader. Principles of subjects of labor legal relations pecuniary amenability have been summarized and systematized. Peculiarities of the order of determining the size of damages and judicial procedure of damages' compensation have been elucidated. Propositions concerning concrete changes and supplements' introduction to legislation in force have been formulated.
