Essay

Based on the clinical and instrumental exаminations in 300 patients with occlusive-stenotic lesions of vertebral arteries, multiple lesions of carotid and vertebral arteries, discirculatory encephalopathy were developed functional complex of cerebral blood flow and collateral reserve compensation assesment. The informativity and sensitivity some ultrasound transcranial Dopplerography criteria of cerebral blood flow estimation were determined ; three types of haemodinamic disturbance in vertebral system were defined. Were developed diagnostical algorithms for selection appropriate surgical tactics and ultrasound transcranial Dopplerography controle on treatment steps; last inroducted in clinical practics.
