This dissertation work is dedicated tothe treatment of the fetoplacental complex disorders at EPH-gestosis.The fetoplacental complex condition at EPH-gestosis were inspected by biochemical, coagulogical, endocrinological, electron microscopy, US-examination and Doppler ultrasound examination. According to the received results complex therapy was improved by hetastarch use. Such complex therapy of the pregnant women with a preeclampsia makes better the condition of the fetus and the newborn without any negative effects. That is why this complete therapy is scientifical feasible.
