Goroshkov О. Clinical value of psychoemotional and psychosocial factors at a bronchial asthma in children.

The thesis is dedicated to the actual problem of modern pediatrics - influence of the psychoemotional and psychosocial factors on origination and flow of a bronchial asthma in childhood and increase of efficiency of its treatment with the use of a method of combined medicamental-psychological therapy. The obtained outcomes have allowed to evaluate influence of diverse psychoemotional and psychosocial factors on formation and flow of a bronchial asthma in children. The interrelation was detected between a degree of psychologic disturbances of the personality of an ill child and severity of flow of disease. For the first time in Odessa region the in-depth analysis of epidemiology of signs of a bronchial asthma and allergy for children of age 13-14 years was conducted pursuant to the International program of ISAAC. There are designed and implemented into practice technique of medical and psychological examination and corrections of a psychologic condition of the ill child depending on peculiar features ofthe person and severity of a bronchial asthma. The author has considerably extended the program of training in "Asthma-school" and heightened the efficiency of the integrated treatment of the given disease. The expediency of realization in inter-onset period of a bronchial asthma of the long-term courses of psychologic correction of the medicamental therapy is substantiated with the purpose of increase of terms of remissions and decrease of frequency of its peakings.
