Essay

The author analyzes the role of frustrational tolerance in teachers' professional formation. It is shown that frustrational tolerance determines the process of pedagogical professional forming. On one hand, frustration in professional activity is considered as the result of some feature of the social structure. On the other hand, it is considered as the individual psychological determinant, which results in some social manifestations. It is experimentally shown that the development of reflection serves to prevention and correction of frustration states. The author argues that deprivation is both an objective factor which causes frustration and an activator of reflection.
