Maxim P. Theory and Practice of Administering Property-Related Punishments.

This dissertation is devoted to the administration of punishments in the form of fine or property forfeiture. The paper provides the definition for property-related punishments as well as specifies their typical features and shows the mechanism of attaining the goal of punishment. The author studies legal regulation and the principles of administering property-related punishments. He analyses the contents of the legal status of the subjects and participants of property-related punishments administration completion.Special attention is devoted to the control and supervision of the administration of property-related punishments. The author looks at the efficiency of the administration of property-related punishments.Based on the results of his research the author provides recommendations as to the improving of the legislation and practice of the administration of property-related punishments.
