Economic mechanism of raising the productivity of labour. The thesis considers and substantiates methodical grounds of economic mechanism of raising the productivity of labour at catering enterprises. Methods: scientific, economic-mathematical, economic-statistical. The effect of main factors upon labor productivity has been determined in the second section. It has been determined that productivity productivity increases as volume of trade turnover is raised. Analysis of forms of labour productivity stimulation of a set of catering enterprises has shown that there is no unified approach to the choice of economic incentive. However, it has been revealed that the increase of an average salary lead to the increase of labour productivity.
