Essay

Object: processes of corporate management of joint-stock companies in post-privatization period. Aim: development of theoretical bases and practical recommendations for corporate management of joint-stock companies and formation of corporate culture. Methods: economic analysis, institutional theory, theory of socio-cultural basis of business, culturological approach. Results: the definition of corporate culture as institute of market economy is offered, the mechanism of formation of corporate professionalism for the sake of education of the person of the employed worker is offered. Use: by bodies of management of joint-stock companies, regional branches of FSPU.
