The dissertation is dedicated to the improvement of the results in treating patients with the diabetic foot syndrome by working out and putting into practice new pathogenically grounded methods of approach to the present problem, making a particular contribution to the preventive treatment, to solving the burning problems of diabetic disease, to protecting patient from different kinds of complication. Duration of hospital treatment varies from 16,1(3,1 days for patient in the main group to 29,7(13,3 days in the control one. It1s worth mentioning tat recurrence of neuropathic wounds in the course of 2 months treatment varies from 10 (20.4%) cases in the main group of patient to 8 (32.0%) in the control group. The results of the research showed that might be expected: only 2 (4.1%) patients went through an operation in the main group of patient against 6 (24.0%) ones in the control group.
