Object - incomplete pregnancy at women with hyperprolactinemia; methods - clinical, hormonal, instrumental, statistical; novelty - for the first time investigated interrelation prolactin, steroid sexual hormones and prostaglandin Е2, to feature of current and consequences of pregnancy at women with incomplete pregnancy at the raised level prolactin during pregnancy; for the first time it is shown, that pregnant women with incomplete pregnancy in II a trimester have an increase of the maintenance prolactin blood is not dependent on presence galactorrhea; for the first time the analysis of correlation dependence of the maintenance of each researched hormone with others is lead at hyperprolactinemia; theoretically also it is practically proved expediency of use ergot’s alkaloids at pregnant women with incomplete pregnancy on a background hyperprolactinemia; Results – reduction perinatal losses at women with incomplete pregnancy on a background of increase of the maintenance prolactin in blood by improvement of existing therapy on the basis of studying the hormonal status and his influence on a consequence of pregnancy; branch – medicine.
