Methods of improvement for the mechanism of formation, distribution, and usage process of labor payment fond at the machine building enterprises taking into consideration their functioning under a market economy. The goal, principles, directions and criteria of productive, reproductive, stimulating, indicative, regulatory, and socio-economic functions of the fond under transforming conditions has been rendered more concrete. The dynamic model of cost formation on the work payment in the process of income distribution has been worked out, and the systematization of criteria of complex assessment of the labour activity of the personnel in the process of implementing the tariff-free model of work payment.
