Ladariya E. Using hyperbaric oxygenation in complex rehabilitation of miners of deep coalmines with thermal affection

The subject under study is - miners of deep coalmines with acute and chronic overheating; the goal is - a scientific substantiation of application hyperbaric oxygenation in a complex of rehabilitation of miners of deep coalmines with thermal affection on the basis of the determined regularities of formation, features of course and the remote consequences of acute and chronic overheating; methods - sanitary-and-hygienic, clinical, functional, instrumental, statistical; theoretical results and novelty - for the first time are established features of formation thermal affection at miners of deep coalmines depending on microclimatic and mining-and-geological conditions, weight of work, an occupation, age-and-experience characteristics, scientifically proved usage of hyperbaric oxygenation in complex rehabilitation of miners of deep coalmines with thermal affection; practical value - the scheme of complex rehabilitation of miners with acute and chronic overheating with usage of hyperbaric oxygenation is developed, that promoted decrease in case rate with proof loss of work capacity and increasing of the general quality of life; the efficiency of the implantation (the subject and a degree of introduction) - the method of diagnostics of acute overheating is developed (the patent of Ukraine № 10123 А), methodical recommendations " Clinic and diagnostics of thermal affection at miners of deep collieries, examination of work capacity ", "Organization of medical help for miners of deep coalmines with acute and chronic thermal affection, principals of treatment and prophylactic medical examination" which are introduced into work of Donetsk regional clinic of occupational diseases, Lugansk regional clinical hospital, Ukraine scientific research institute of industrial medicine of Ministry of Health protection of Ukraine, Krivoi Rog, the State militarized mine-rescue service of Ukraine are issued; sphere of application (sphere of use) - hospitals of occupational diseases, state sanitary-and-epidemiological service, treatment-and-prophylactic establishments, educational institutions.
