. Based on the results of experimental research, the optimum complex of tool methods of diagnostics for verification of the diagnosis of the neuroendocrine-exchange form of hypothalamic syndrome is determined and the patogenetic way of treatment of disturbances of menstrual cycle at this pathology with use dophamine-agonists on a background of reduced diet is suggested. In comparison with traditional methods, it allows to raise authentically efficiency of diagnostics, and also to raise efficiency of restoration menstrual and reproductive function, to lower frequency of complications of hypothalamic syndrome.
