Object of research: the process of raising efficiency of the planning of production and sales on the enterprises,which produce consumer goods and services, on the basis of forecasting the development of regional consumer markets; the aim of research: the theoretical grounding of the complex forecasting by enterprises the sales volumes of consumer goods and services on the regional markets, the elaboration of the methodic approaches tj it in order to raise efficiency of the planning of their production and sales; methods of research: the methods of material dialectic, system analysis, induction, deduction, analysis, synthesis, comparing, factor analysis, correlation analysis; theoretical and practical results: the complex approach to forecasting sales of consumer goods and services on the regional markets, the dependence of sales of consumer goods and services on the regional markets on the development of the relations of the property on the means of production and territorial division of labour, the methodic approach to the long-term forecasting of the regional markets of consumer goods (services), methodic recommendations to the foundation of the consumer market enterprises’ associations for sales forecasting; practical meaning of the results: their realization allows enterprises, which produce consumer goods and services, to improve forecasting and planning, tj raise efficiency of the production and sales on the basis of the complex forecasting the tendencies of development of the consumer goods and services markets in the regions of the country; the subject and level of application: the results were considered and applied in JPC “Poltavamolprod” and CE “Poltavskiy myasokombinat”; sphere of usage: industrial enterprises, teaching process.
