Dubkovs'kyj G. Dinamic of immune reactivity in postpartum endometritis during a process of lymphotropic therapy

Study is dedicated to analysis of features of postpartum endometritis progress, therapy and preventive maintenance of its severe forms and complications also. The clinical, bacteriological, biochemical and ultrasound investigations are carried out, and the main parameters of nonspecific protection and immune reactivity are also studied in 263 of puerperas. The lymphotropic combined injection of immunocorrectors and antibiotics is offered with reference to each concrete form of disease (classic, abortive, erased and postoperative) with the purpose of correction of abnormalities' developing, which occur in an organism at postpartum endometritis. It is established, lymphotropic immunocorrective therapy of endometritis renders more expressed positive effect in comparing with conventional therapy: the basic clinical signs are decreased faster and the ultrasound picture of postpartum uterus is improved, full normalization of immune reactivity parameters are become. The frequency of the complicated endometritis progress was reduced from 8 % to 0,8 %, and the duration of hospital stay was decreased from 10 to 8 days at realization of lymphotropic therapy.
