Podluzhna N. Organization of the Enterprise's Economic Security

Object of the study are the processes of management of the economic security parameters and the organizational mechanism for its provision. Objective of the study is development of theoretical principles, elaboration of methodical provisions and practical recommendations on organization of management of the enterprise economic security. Methods of research include methods of cluster, regression and index analysis, main components, scenario comparison, value discounting. Theoretical and practical results consist in development and improvement of the process that provides the economic security for industrial enterprises; in working out the method for analysis and prevention of the economic security dangers; in elaboration of methodical recommendations on management of the enterprise debit indebtedness. Novelty is in that a new interpretation of the notion of "the enterprise economic security" is offered and its basic criteria are defined. The author has also built the model for estimation of a metallurgical works economic security, improved the mechanism for organization of management of the enterprise economic security and methods of quantitative estimate of the social infrastructure impact on main criteria of economic security. Degree of introduction is OSC "Makeevsky Truboliteinyi Zavod", OSC"Yasinovsky Koksochimichesky Zavod". Sphere of application includes the enterprises of ferrous metallurgy.
