Several changes of immune parameters and correlation of PASI with immune parameters in psoriatic patients were found. Our data suggested that T-helper cells homing through lymph nodes was changed, T-helper cells had ability to migration to the sites of peripheral inflammation and predominance of Th1 type immune response was inherent in psoriasis. A new method for the treatment of psoriasis with n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, vitamins D, A and ultra-violet irradiation was developed. Clinical efficacy (significant diminishing of PASI), influence of this method on immune parameters and normalization of Th1/Th2 balance were detected.
