Clinical-diagnostical complex (echo-cardiography with the determination of regional myocardial contractility of the left and right ventricle, left and right atrium, loading anti-orthostatic tests using 30o-45o lower extremities elevation, drug stress tests) in patients due stable angina III and concomitant Ist stage hypertensive disease or without it, suffering from 35 days Q-wave myocardial infarction and non Q-wave myocardial infarction to establish peculiarity of regional myocardial contractility of all four heart chambers according to the established diagnoses, damage localization and depth, state of the coronary reserve and presence of left ventricle remodelling. Comparative analysis of the influence of acute and single admission of enalapril maleate was conducted in order to establish this influence on myocardial regional contractility index of all heart chambers
