Skripets O. Cytochemical and Immunological Differential-Diagnostic Criteries of Symptomatic Erythrocytoses and Erythrocytoses in Chronic Myeloproliferative Diseases

The peculiarities of non-specific resistance and human immunological reactivity at patients with polycythemia vera (IIA and IIB stages), erythrocythemic variant of idiopathic myelofibrosis and patients with symptomatic erythrocytoses, which developed on the background of chronic pulmonary obstructive diseases, have been investigated. Comparative analysis of the indices of immune states and functional blood neutrophiles characteristics at patients with symptomatic erythrocytoses and erythrocytosis in mieloproliferative pathology has been carried out.Based on the analyses of conducted investigations, an algorithm of differential diagnosis of symptomatic erythrocytoses and polycythemia vera and erythrocythemic variant of idiopathic myelofibrosis has been elaborated. It has been established that it is advisable to use the methods reflecting functional activity of neurophiles of peripheral blood as the most informative differential-diagnostic criteria. The ways of differential diagnosis of polycythemia vera and symptomatic erythrocytoses, polycythemia vera and erythrocythemic stage of idiopathic myelofibrosis have been worked out, defended by licence and implemented in practice; the field is medicine.
