Suprunova T. Condition of fetoplacental complex and correction of its abnormalities at threat of pregnancy interruption

The dissertation is devoted to complex investigation of system “pregnant – placenta – fetus” condition at the threat of pregnancy interruption on the organ, tissue and cellular levels. Causes of fetoplacental insufficiency and of threat of pregnancy interruption are analyzed in the work. Some features of pregnancy and delivery are revealed as well as these of condition of a fetus and a newborn, of newborn adaptation process in the early neonatal period. Functional condition of fetus has been investigated with cardiomonitoring technique and fetus biophysical profiles are determined. The morpho-functional features of placentas at the threat of pregnancy interruption are designated as well as some clinical and morphological parallels with newborn status in delivery and early neonatal period. For the first time types of hormonal adaptation of fetoplacental complex in women with the threat of pregnancy interruption are determined. Serious abnormalities of FPC in pregnant with the threat of pregnancy interruption have been revealed, that correlate with the level of specific proteins, cyclic nucleotides and growth factors. It is proved that there is close correlation of hormone level and fetus status with the markers that have been analyzed. Criteria of preclinical diagnostic of fetoplacental insufficiency in women with the threat of pregnancy interruption are worked out. Pathogenetically based method of correction of fetoplacental insufficiency at the threat of pregnancy interruption with instenon and ATP-long application is elaborated.
