The method of the analysis and pinch of safety of a road motion designed on the basis of the energy performances of a motion transport stream. The concepts of "danger of a road motion" are entered, on the basis of which formulated concepts of terrain "clearance, blanket and local dangers of a motion" of a solitary vehicle and transport stream, for which inferred accordingly instantaneous, spatial and time energy performances, which objectively relate exponents of a motion of a transport stream to exponents of an accident rate. The mathematical connection between parameters of uniform of a motion of vehicles in a stream, between an assurance coefficient and noise of acceleration is inferred. The expedient of definition of current values instantaneous, spatial and time energy performances in particular section of an actual transport stream designed which will allow to trace a current level of safety of a road motion and qualitatively on him to influence. The designed method experimentally is tested, theresults enable applications him for precise calculations. The practical recommendations of pinch of safety of a road motion designed on the basis of the offered performances.
